Creating Fountains from gardening containers and urns

And you thought your garden containers were only for holding soil, plants and flowers.  Think again, many garden containers, pots and urns can be transformed into beautiful outdoor fountains.  You can create a one-of-a-kind design by using a favorite garden container, pot or urn, adding a basic fountain kit, and walla, you have a beautiful creation that only you can boast.

Your one-of-a-kind fountain can be very simple using only a nozzle to emit your cascade, trickle, bubbles, water spout or spray.  Feeling a little more adventurous you can create an elaborate fountain by adding special low-voltage lighting and decorative sculptures.  Let your imagination run wild, choose a decorative nozzle that reflects your personality, an angel holding a pouring urn, a metal frog sculpture with the spray being emitted from his mouth...you get the idea...you are only limited by your imagination. 

You can also use items from around the house to create your one-of-a-kind fountain, an old water pump flowing into a galvanized tub or half a wine or whiskey barrel, an old pitcher and bowl set, an old watering can.
